broccoli cheese soup

Elle and I finally tried this Cook's Illustrated recipe I have had saved for ages. We both loved it! Gage willingly eats a little of it for lunch too, which is great seeing he hates all veggies. This soup is the only GREEN broccoli cheese soup I've ever seen thanks to the added spinach. I honestly couldn't be happier with this recipe!
