marshmallows

Our good friends and neighbors, also natural food junkies, were having a fondue dinner party and asked me to try making homemade marshmallows.  Cael and I had a great time making them, they were incredibly easy to make, and were a big hit, especially with the kids.  I have a feeling this recipe from Our Family Eats will become a family favorite!
